Each year, through the Friends of Grammar, the School produces Class/House and Year lists which provide parents with family contact details. The lists are provided for social use only by Melbourne Grammar School families and are not to be used for any other purpose.

In 2006 we intend to change the format by producing these lists as small booklets for each School campus:

• Grimwade House – comprising Prep to Year 6
• Wadhurst – comprising Years 7 and 8
• Senior School – comprising Years 9 to 12.

In response to requests from Friends of Grammar committees at Senior School, Wadhurst and Grimwade House, the School has agreed to expand the amount of information provided on the lists. In addition to student and parent names, addresses and home telephone numbers, in 2006 we plan to include email addresses and mobile phone numbers.

Please note there is a section in the Student Audit Form which specifically seeks parental permission to publish contact details in the class lists. Please be assured, when a parent requests that their contact information be confidential, not even their child’s name will be included in the booklet.
